Marc Jacobs is suing the Ed Hardy Company (apparently the official name is 'Nervous Tattoo' ...don't laugh) for essentially duplicating one of their bags. The size, shape, fabrics and basic design on MJ's 'Pretty Nylon' tote is used to create the Audigier bag, with the only differences being the font and colours used. And the large fish, which resembles something that a fifteen year old would get as a tramp stamp. Anyways, in my books its a complete duplicate and I hope Marc Jacobs' can take Christian Audigier for all he's worth.
